SKE Crystal Bar 600 Zero Nicotine Prefilled Pod Kit
The SKE Crystal Bar 600 Zero Nicotine Prefilled Pod Kit brings the familiar Crystal Bar flavour range into a rechargeable prefilled pod format without nicotine. It combines a compact 500mAh rechargeable battery with a 2ml prefilled 0mg pod, integrated mesh coil and inhale activated operation.
Each kit is supplied with a prefilled 0mg pod and is designed for mouth to lung vaping. Once the pod is finished, it can be removed and replaced with a compatible SKE Crystal Bar 600 zero nicotine prefilled pod.
Zero Nicotine 0mg E Liquid
The key difference between this version and the standard SKE Crystal Bar 600 is the nicotine strength.
The supplied pod contains 0mg nicotine e liquid, making it a nicotine free option within the Crystal Bar 600 range. The flavour profiles are based on SKE’s Crystal Original V2 flavour range, with 15 flavours available in the zero nicotine format.
500mAh Rechargeable Battery
The device features a built in 500mAh rechargeable battery.
Rather than replacing the entire device after the pod is finished, the battery section can be recharged and reused with compatible replacement pods.
This makes the system different from a traditional single use disposable vape, as the device is retained while only the prefilled pod is replaced.
Up To 600 Puffs
Each 2ml prefilled pod is advertised to provide up to approximately 600 puffs.
Actual puff count depends on individual draw length and vaping habits, so the 600 puff figure should be treated as an advertised maximum rather than a guaranteed number.
2ml Prefilled Pod
The kit comes with a 2ml prefilled pod containing 0mg nicotine e liquid.
There is no need to manually add e liquid. When the pod has been used, simply remove it and replace it with a fresh compatible pod.
The pod contains the integrated mesh coil, so there is also no separate coil replacement process.
1.2Ω Integrated Mesh Coil
Every SKE Crystal Bar 600 pod uses a 1.2Ω integrated mesh coil.
The mesh coil is built directly into the prefilled pod and is replaced together with the pod. This keeps the system simple, as there are no separate coils to install or maintain.
Inhale Activated Vaping
The SKE Crystal Bar 600 uses automatic draw activation.
Simply inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the device. There is no fire button, screen or wattage menu, keeping the operation straightforward.
MTL Vaping
The Crystal Bar 600 is designed for mouth to lung vaping.
The 1.2Ω mesh pod and fixed power output are suited to the tighter draw associated with compact pod systems.
The device is designed for a straightforward inhale and does not require manual power adjustments.
Crystal Bar Style Design
The device retains the slim, crystal inspired design associated with the SKE Crystal Bar range.
Its compact shape makes it easy to carry, while the transparent crystal style appearance keeps the visual design closely connected to the original Crystal Bar family.
LED Battery Indicator
A built in LED indicator provides information about the device’s battery status.
There is no digital screen or menu system, so the battery information is kept simple and easy to check during everyday use.
USB Type C Charging
The 500mAh battery is rechargeable through a USB Type C charging port.
The current UK listings specify that the charging cable is not included, so a compatible USB Type C cable needs to be purchased separately if required.
SKE Crystal Bar 600 Zero Nicotine Flavours
The zero nicotine version is currently available in 15 flavours. Vapourcore identifies the following flavours as available in both the 20mg and 0mg Crystal Bar 600 formats:

Compatible Replacement Pods
The device is designed for SKE Crystal Bar 600 zero nicotine prefilled pods.
Once the original pod has been consumed, the device can continue to be used by fitting another compatible prefilled pod.
The current Vape UK listing specifically states that the zero nicotine device is only compatible with the SKE Bar 600 prefilled pods in the zero nicotine format.
No Refilling Required
The SKE Crystal Bar 600 uses sealed prefilled pods rather than refillable cartridges.
This means there is no need to:
- Buy bottled e liquid
- Fill the pod manually
- Replace separate coils
- Adjust wattage
- Configure a display
When the pod is finished, replace it with a new compatible prefilled pod.
How To Use The SKE Crystal Bar 600
- Remove the device and prefilled pod from the packaging.
- Remove the protective seals from the pod.
- Insert the pod into the device until it is securely fitted.
- Allow the pod to settle before taking the first draw.
- Inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the device.
- Recharge the device through USB Type C when the battery requires charging.
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the product.
When To Replace The Pod
The prefilled pod should be replaced when its e liquid has been used or its performance begins to decline.
Typical signs include:
- Reduced flavour
- Reduced vapour production

- Dry hits
- Empty pod
The integrated coil is replaced automatically when you fit a new prefilled pod.
